Shivam Sharma is the founder and director of Kizen Education, responsible for the institute’s vision, strategic direction, and long-term growth. His academic foundation in Economics shapes his approach toward sustainable institution building. Shivam oversees institutional strategy, infrastructure development, systems & processes, and student welfare, ensuring educators have the resources to teach with dedication and integrity in a safe, world-class learning space.

Megha Dadwal leads operations at Kizen Education, bringing together a strong foundation in finance and global academic exposure. A commerce graduate, she began her career with KPMG, where she spent four years honing her expertise in the corporate and financial world. She later moved to Toronto, Canada, for higher studies, gaining an international perspective on business and education. Today, as COO of Kizen Education, she drives the institute's vision of building industry-ready professionals through ACCA, IFRS, CA/CMA, commerce foundation programs, and future-focused offerings like AI-driven skill development.

Simrat serves as the Academic Coordinator and Senior Faculty at Kizen Education. Holding a B.Com and M.Com from Panjab University, she has cleared UGC-NET in Commerce twice and is pursuing her Ph.D. in Finance. With extensive teaching experience across Class 11-12, B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA and ACCA, she oversees curriculum structuring, assessment design, faculty coordination, and individualized student mentoring.

Shaifali is a dedicated faculty member at Kizen Education, bringing strong academic expertise and a passion for student success. She holds a B.Com (Hons.) in Accounting and Taxation, an M.Com in ABST, and an MBA in Finance from Rajasthan University, has cleared UGC-NET in Commerce twice, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Commerce from The IIS University, Jaipur. With experience teaching at the school, undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional levels, she specializes in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Management — guiding students from Class 11–12 through B.Com/BBA/M.Com/MBA and professional courses like ACCA, CA Foundation, and CMA. Known for her clear teaching style and personal mentorship, Shaifali helps students build strong concepts and achieve real exam and career success.

Shivangi is a Computer Science Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, with experience in AI/ML training, research, and practical AI development. Her expertise spans Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Computer Vision, NLP, and Python. She has trained learners at Theta Academy, Chandigarh and Moltres Institute, Hyderabad, and has research experience with IIT Mandi and IIT BHU. She has also authored a conference paper on deep-learning-based animal breed identification using Computer Vision.

Aadya Sharma is an experienced Admission Counsellor with over 4+ years of expertise in student counselling and career guidance. She holds an M.Com (Honours) from Panjab University and is dedicated to helping aspiring finance professionals make informed academic and career decisions. Specializing in ACCA, IFRS, and global finance qualifications, Aadya has successfully guided students in choosing the right learning pathways aligned with their career goals. Her expertise extends to counselling for higher education opportunities, including Master’s, PhD, and Postdoctoral programs, enabling students to explore both national and international academic prospects.
